We advise you reinforced immunite:

- In preventive cures during autumn-winter (1 box, 1 month break, 1 box, 1 month break, etc.).

- As soon as you feel an discomfort (nose, throat, belly ...). You can exceptionally for 48h take 2 capsules 3 times a day (2 before sleeping). We also advise you to associate 15 drops of EPP. From the first symptoms we advise you to move to a rich vegetable and poor diet in all the rest during 48-72h. Absolutely avoid meat, cold cuts, cheese and cakes.
