Who are we?
History
Emrys Nutrition International is the food supplement brand of the French Cooperative Emrys La Carte, created in 2014 in Annecy.
Emrys Nutrition was born in May 2022
We are aware that we live in a world where pollution is everywhere, whether it comes from the air we breathe, what we eat, what we drink or what we apply to the body (parfum, cosmetics, laundry).
We are aware that this pollution negatively affects our health.
We are also aware that our diet has deteriorated sharply over the last 50 years and that most French people do not follow the recommendations of eating at least 5 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
So what?
At our level we decided to act by offering Made in France food supplements, respecting French legislation in order to best help our customers to go well and even better.
Of course we are aware that we also need to improve our overall hygiene, eat more fruits and vegetables, more legumes, more good oils rich in omega 3 and 9 etc... But also eat less red meat and charcuterie, less sugar and processed products.
Move more, do more physical activity but also improve the quality of our sleep and reduce our stress level. That is why we offer in-store articles available in unlimited and free on our blog.
